This is NOT waterproof. After one shower it stopped working.

this is the caddilac of kitchen timers. it has the full keypad, a loud alarm and its waterproof. i have owned the Taylor Taylor 10-Key Style Timer timer with the keypad but this one is much better because this one uses AA batteries as opposed to lithium buttons, plus the build quality is better overall. pay a few extra bucks and get this one over the Taylor.
I got this as a portable nap timer. I’ve been through so many–none of which were loud enough to wake me from naps. I sometimes “nap” when I can’t stay awake, but I need to get up and finish some work. FINALLY, I’ve found one that works. I did take one star off because the speaker is in the back and there isn’t a stand–both would be helpful. No problems with the buttons. I like the fact that it ‘remembers’ the last timer setting.
The loudness can be adjusted.Easy to set the time. But battery replacement requires a screwdriver and manipulation of a gasket.
i like this timer because it’s loud, but it just doesn’t seem to shut off. so the battery just drains, then i have to take out a screw driver and go through the trouble of putting in new AAA batteries.
