I ordered this new from Amazon, but was sent an obviously “used” and repackaged one… This is disappointing. I hope it isnt a defective product!!!

I hope it will last. The price is a little high. I still need to try some other functions besides the timer and sushi rice.
We are an Asian Family, so we cook rice daily. This thing is worth the price. It cooks rice perfectly… not too dry, not too wet.
This is a great Rice Cooker. I have had many Rice Cookers in the past but this is by far the best one that I have ever owned. It cooks great rice and bakes nice cakes and the oatmeal in the morning is the best. I love the music that it plays. I would recommend this rice cooker to my friends and family. All in all I cannot find any fault with this product. I use the cooker everyday of the week.
